Authors must use the IEEE template for Conference Proceedings to prepare their submission. Papers should be at most 8 pages including the bibliography and well-marked appendices, and should follow the IEEE 8.5" x 11" Two-Column Format. Documentation and style files (Word, LaTeX) can be found at the IEEE site.
